Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe may collect billing details as needed to process payment.

Data Retention

We retain account and purchase records as required for operations, support, and legal compliance. You may request deletion where applicable.

Cookies / Local Storage

The Service may use browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) for app functionality (e.g., session state and preferences). You can clear this in your browser settings.

Security

No system is 100% secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and reputable providers (e.g., Supabase, Stripe).

Subscriptions

Subscription tiers (monthly/quarterly/annual) unlock premium content. Your subscription status may be stored on your profile (including an expiration date).

• Auto-renewal: If enabled at purchase, your subscription renews until canceled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel future renewals through your payment provider/checkout portal where applicable.
• Access: Access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds & Digital Goods

Embers and digital content are typically consumed immediately upon delivery. Unless required by law, we generally do not provide refunds for consumed digital goods.

If you experience a technical error (e.g., charged but content not delivered), contact support and we will investigate and correct the issue.

Tarot readings, rune casts, astrology insights, and similar content on this Service are provided for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not professional advice.
